         <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Achieve personal sales goals each month<\/span>

         <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Assist with the development of fellow shop team members so that they achieve their sales goals<\/span>

         <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintain a client book for the shop<\/span>
