About the Role

aFit is seeking a Clinical Domain Project Manager to support a large-scalehealthcare technology implementation focused on pharmacy benefit administrationand clinical operations.

This role is ideal for a project manager who brings a strong background inpharmacy benefits, PBM environments, healthcare consulting, healthcare IT,or pharmacy operations. The team is currently moving from requirements gatheringinto the design and build phase of a fast-paced implementation initiative,creating an opportunity for a skilled professional to help drive delivery,coordination, and execution.

We are open to candidates who bring either deep project management expertiseor strong clinical and pharmacy domain knowledge, with the ideal candidateoffering a combination of both.

What You'll DoProject Coordination & Execution

Lead project planning and delivery activities across a complex healthcare implementation.

  • Build and maintain project plans using Microsoft Project
  • Monitor timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
  • Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams and stakeholders
  • Support implementation efforts from design through go-live
