Provide support to the Optical center team. Greet patients as they enter the center, answer the telephone, book appointments, manage patient files, and support all other aspects that do not influence a patient's vision.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
CUSTOMER SERVICE

โ€ข Process transactions in the optical billing and point of sale systems
โ€ข Process medical billing information
โ€ข Organize and file patient and customer records
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
โ€ข High School Diploma or equivalent
โ€ข Previous experience in an office is preferred
โ€ข Basic computer skills
โ€ข Able to handle multiple customer interactions/phone calls at a time
โ€ข Excellent organizational skills
โ€ข Able to work cross-functionally with excellent attention to detail and follow through
โ€ข Solid interpersonal relationship skills
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & WORK REQUIREMENTS:
โ€ข Ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the organization through written and two-way verbal communication
โ€ข Able to read and write at a high school graduate level
โ€ข Able to sit or stand for extended periods of time
โ€ข Able to operate various office equipment (e.g., personal computer, telephone, fax machine, copier, etc.)
