Job description

This Position Requires:

  • College degree preferred, with 5+ years' work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with building customer relationships
  • Experience in account management and project management
  • Basic electronic, low voltage circuitry, mechanical and computer skills required with technical aptitude including the ability learn new technologies quickly and communicate technical information to clients
  • Previous management skills recommended including experience managing complex projects with multiple competing deadline and shifting priorities
  • Requires travel in Northeast
  • Alarm installation, access control and CCTV experience a plus
  • Strong network skills and IP camera background is a plus.
  • An ability to work independently and recognize when to access available assistance and expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to maintain and develop new business and product lines
  • Acts as primary customer contact for project activities, leading project review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance.
  • Schedule and meet with clients to ensure satisfaction levels are being met or exceeded.
  • Maintain proper staffing levels by recruiting as needed competent individuals necessary to maintain customer service level agreements
  • Assist in responding to and interpreting customer specifications
  • Present various ideas and layouts to our prospects and customers
  • Perform site inspections
  • Attend job meetings
