Trillium Construction is now hiring an Assistant Project Manager / Project Admin in La Mesa, NM!

Our client specializes in utility scale solar projects and they are currently hiring for a Project Administrator in La Mesa, NM. This is a long term role lasting through the end of 2027 paying up to $30/hr working 40-55 hours a week.

Duties:
Efficient at keeping paperwork in a tidy manner
Count and fill out forms to track material items delivered to the site
Fill out documents on computer and paper reporting
Monitor, report and document safety to EDF staff
Monitor, report and document quality
Fill out daily report

Qualifications:
-1-3 years construction experience
-Familiar with construction activity and safety guidelines
-Electrical experience a plus
-Carpentry experience a plus
-Minimum of OSHA 10
-First aid trained a plus
-Computer skills required (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) and ProCore a plus
-Any skilled trades experience training a plus.
