???? Your Mission

As Project Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of custodial and grounds maintenance contracts across Las Cruces, Anthony, ABQ and Eastern NM. You’ll ensure services are delivered with excellence—on time, on budget, and in full compliance with contract requirements and regulatory standards.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate staff to build high-performing, motivated teams
  • Foster a culture of accountability, growth, and teamwork
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback

Operations & Contract Management

  • Oversee custodial and grounds services including mowing, landscaping, and facility maintenance
  • Manage schedules, staffing plans, and service delivery to meet contract expectations
  • Monitor budgets, control costs, and track expenditures

Client & Community Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, and community partners
  • Lead weekly client meetings to ensure satisfaction and address needs proactively
  • Support recruitment efforts through local partnerships

Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure adherence to OSHA, federal, state, and local regulations

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 3+ years managing custodial/grounds operations (including budgeting and scheduling)

  • Valid Driver’s License (travel required across the region)
  • Ability to pass required background checks, including:
    • General background screening
    • OIG/CMMS exclusions check
    • Driving record (MVR)
    • Federal security clearance processes
