Job description

Project Coordinator – Direct Hire

How would you like to work as a Project Coordinator for a growing commercial construction firm in Durham, NC?!

 

What You’ll Get:

What We Want:

As the Project Coordinator, you have a minimum of 3 years of commercial construction experience assisting with AIA billing, accounts payable, and project accounting support. You possess at least. an associate’s degree, and experience supporting senior management and project managers. 

 

What You’ll Do:

As the Project Coordinator, you will report to the Controller assisting with month-end tasks, reconciliations, handling contractor billing, track project costs, and assist with accounts payable. You will assist project managers will project status updates, ensure accurate vendor documentation, communicate with subcontractors, and manage processing of necessary expense documentation.
