Position Summary
The Program Manager provides operational oversight of direct care staff and assists in the coordination of residential and/or community services for individuals with traumatic brain injuries and neurological conditions. This position partners closely with leadership to support staffing, training, compliance, scheduling, and quality outcomes.
Salary
$50,000 - $56,000 annually
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support direct care staff operations
  • Assist with scheduling and staffing coordination to ensure appropriate coverage
  • Conduct routine staff coaching, training, and performance monitoring
  • Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, state regulations, and program standards
  • Monitor documentation completion and operational workflows
  • Assist with incident follow-up, corrective actions, and service quality improvement
  • Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and person-centered care
  • Collaborate with nursing, therapy, HR, and executive leadership teams
  • Participate in audits, inspections, and operational reviews
  • Address employee concerns and assist with conflict resolution
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment for persons served and staff
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational standardization

Qualifications
