Job description

*Highland Hospital is seeking a full time Assistant Practice Manager for the Emergency Department. This position is 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 12pm-8:30pm with weekends as required and rotating holidays. 
The Assistant Manager is responsible for facilitating management and leadership of Patient Registration Associates. Responsible for completing all duties assigned by the Practice Manager. Supervises and assists in the hiring, firing, training and scheduling of staff. Provides assigned direction and support relating to patient registration flow. The Assistant Practice Manager will also provide support to process improvement projects and other operational initiatives at the direction of the Chief of Emergency Medicine, and the Emergency Department Sr. Program Administrator.
SALARY RANGE:
$23.30 to $30.94

Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity consideration
