The FOH Assistant Operations Manager works alongside the General Manager and service leadership team to ensure flawless daily operations. You will oversee support staff, maintain service standards, and ensure every guest interaction reflects our commitment to luxury hospitality.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and supervise host, support, and service assistant teams
  • Maintain exceptional service standards consistent with fine dining expectations
  • Actively support floor operations during peak service hours
  • Ensure proper staffing levels and smooth shift transitions
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
  • Assist with training and onboarding of FOH support staff
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and ambiance standards throughout the restaurant
  • Support inventory management for front-of-house supplies

What We Are Looking For:

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in the Hospitality Industry (tableside and bar service strongly preferred)
  • 1+ years of Food Service Management strongly preferred
  • Preferred experience in Oracle Simphony and Open Table Cloud Software and general computer literacy
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory management and cost control.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to work all shifts and flexible schedules including nights, weekends and Holidays.
