We are looking for a results-driven people person. The ideal candidate will need to have Food and Beverage experience to support our Food and Beverage outlets. They will assist the general manager in administration responsibilities and the hotel's day-to-day operations. You will need to lead, supervise, and control our team. Here are some of the day-to-day responsibilities.

1. Hold the staff to a high standard of customer service.

2. Work on our software platforms to monitor expenses.

3. Coach and develop staff.

4. Multitask and complete assignments with attention to detail efficiently.

5. Completing supply orders based on hotel-specific needs.

6. A working knowledge of Food and Beverage operations.

7. Ensure the operations team executes day-to-day responsibility.

8. Assist the General Manager in developing and maintaining a positive culture.

9. Implement necessary changes.

10. Support all financial goals by monitoring daily operations outcomes.
