Part-Time Front Desk / Office Administrator

In-Office | Irvine, CA | Up to 20 Hours per Week

We're seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Part-Time Front Desk / Office Administrator to be the welcoming face of our Irvine office while supporting daily administrative and office operations. What You'll Do

Front Desk & Office Operations

  • Welcome visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and exceptional customer service
  • Answer and direct incoming calls and respond to general inquiries
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages
  • Maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming office environment
  • Order and manage office supplies, kitchen supplies, and office inventory
  • Coordinate lunch orders and office catering for meetings and events

Administrative & Executive Support

  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings for leadership team members
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and itineraries
  • Assist with meeting preparation, logistics, and follow-up
  • Support management with various administrative projects and tasks

Office & Client Coordination

  • Schedule conference rooms and ensure meeting spaces are prepared and presentable
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and delivery partners
  • Assist with client meetings and help ensure a positive visitor experience from arrival to departure
  • Support smooth day-to-day office operations and workplace organization

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a front desk, administrative assistant, office coordinator, or similar role
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional, personable, and customer-service oriented
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and calendar management tools
  • Experience working in a client-facing or fast-paced office environment preferred
  • Availability to work approximately 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday
