Position Overview
We are looking for a dependable, organized, and flexible Hybrid Office Assistant / Cleaning Professional to join our team. This position combines office support and residential cleaning responsibilities.
This is a hybrid role with mornings spent working in the office and afternoons working in the field as a Cleaning Professional. The ideal candidate is comfortable transitioning between administrative responsibilities, client communication, scheduling, and hands-on residential cleaning.
Primary Responsibilities
Office Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming phone calls, texts, and emails in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist clients with scheduling, service updates, questions, and concerns
  • Follow up with prospective clients and support sales efforts
  • Communicate with clients regarding arrivals, delays, reschedules, cancellations, and schedule changes
  • Assist with daily scheduling, dispatch, and route coordination
  • Follow up with clients after services to ensure satisfaction and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Enter detailed notes and maintain accurate client and employee records
  • Provide support to cleaning teams and assist with daily operational needs
  • Maintain inventory of office and cleaning supplies
  • Keep the office organized, professional, and running efficiently
  • Assist management with special projects and additional administrative tasks as needed

Cleaning Responsibilities:
  • Transition from office duties to residential cleaning assignments in the afternoon
  • Perform professional residential cleaning services according to MaidPro standards and procedures
  • Follow cleaning checklists and client-specific instructions
  • Provide friendly, professional service while working in clients' homes
  • Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Communicate with the office regarding schedule changes, client concerns, or other issues while in the field

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Comfortable working both in an office environment and performing residential cleaning
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable speaking with prospective clients and discussing services
  • Sales, customer service, office, dispatch, or administrative experience preferred
  • Professional cleaning experience is a plus, but not required - we provide training
  • Organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Able to work independently and transition between office and field responsibilities
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required

Compensation: $16.00 per hour
