Franchise Development Coordinator
Corporate/Support Center | Dallas, TX
Position Overview:
Responsible for supporting the sales process from initial request to contract execution and the onboarding of new Franchise groups. This position will report to the Chief Development Officer. They will function as the main support for all business needs as it relates to the Franchise development of new restaurants. They will act as the main point of contact for Franchise development and will be well-versed in all departmental goals and objectives.

• Provide Administrative Support to the VP of Franchise Development and the Director of Design/Architecture
• Walk prospective franchisee candidates through the sales process from initial contact, explaining the Franchise Disclosure Document, testing, interviewing, collecting initial fees, and obtaining a signed franchise agreement. Includes Discovery Day at the Franchise Support Center and Franchise Orientation
• Develop and update PowerPoint presentations, brochures, marketing and sales packets
• Oversee the preparation, distribution, and updates of Franchise documentation, renewal paperwork, and other agreements needed to comply with federal, state, and corporate requirements
• Assists in relaying Real Estate information to candidates as necessary from internal Real Estate personnel
• Reports weekly activities to the Franchise development team and company directors
• May consult with legal counsel on various issues, new franchise agreement updates, and other binding agreements as needed
• Assist with providing information requested by Twin Peaks Legal Dept
• Review and determine existing Franchisee's ability to renew their Franchise agreements
• Compose letters and notices to Franchisees per the Franchise Agreement as needed
• Manage Franchise development ShareFile portal (electronic storage system)
• Manage Franchise development CRM portal
• Maintain Departmental tracking reports, forms, tools, guidelines, and department reporting packages
• Organize incoming real estate inquiries and assist real estate in gathering site information
• Organize travel
• Prepare and assist with presentations for real estate and design
• Coordinate and participate in presenting Twin Peaks at Franchise trade shows and events
You have/are...
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 2 years of sales experience
  • Some knowledge of the franchise industry, Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), and legal document experience is a plus
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, organized, professional, and able to handle confidential matters
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook), CRM software, Adobe Acrobat, and other programs as needed
  • Versed in proper correspondence practices and the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Self-starter with a strong attention to detail and exceptional time management
  • Outgoing and interpersonal
