Job description

Code Ninjas, the largest and fastest-growing coding franchise in the nation, is seeking a Director of Franchise Development to be responsible for the growth and development of Code Ninjas in North America and Canada. We are seeking someone who will be responsible to identify, cultivate, manage and track franchise prospects through the entire sales process. Are you someone that is driven to succeed, a team player, and skilled in communications? We are looking for someone who can challenge sales prospects with applicable business models, tailor presentations to specific opportunities, and take control of the sales cycle from first call to final agreement.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire franchise sales process in North America and Canada.
  • Meet/exceed annual sales targets through new franchise openings and conversions.
  • Drive the sales process from initial introduction call, discovery call, FDD review, due diligence, discovery day, and signing.
  • Create and work a business plan to achieve growth goals by identifying, advancing and closing deals.
  • Execute and convert the franchise application process - review due diligence, legal documents, and budgets. Coordinate the timely movement of documents to corporate for processing and approvals.
  • Manage application timelines and expense budget maintenance, status analysis, and reports regarding pipeline activity.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in franchise sales
  • Proven track record of successful franchise sales and growth
  • Experience in market analysis and territory development
  • Outstanding presentation, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Strong negotiation, problem solving, territory management and skills
  • Knowledge of sales process: transactions, legal docs and growth model
  • Demonstrated proficiency in reading and understanding financial statements
  • Superb time management skills with demonstrated ability to meet desired objectives with minimal supervision. Self-directed. Self-motivated.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills
  • Ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies
  • Knowledge of franchise disclosure laws and regulations
  • Proficient in CRM systems (FranConnect), lead generation, and marketing automation tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Willingness to travel and work extended hours as needed. Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000-$85,000 per year with 10% commission on Initial Franchise Fees collected.
