Franchise Development CoordinatorSpecial Strong is on a mission to reach 100 locations and is looking for a high-energy relationship builder to become the first voice future franchise owners hear.
Your role is to connect with aspiring franchise owners, build trust, assess fit, and guide qualified candidates into the next step of the franchise development process.

Location: Hybrid
Office Requirement: Must be able to work from our Allen, Texas office 1 to 2 days per week.
Compensation

Base Salary
  • $3,500 to $5,000 per month (depending on experience)
  • $42,000 to $60,000 annually
Performance Bonus
  • $30 for every qualified candidate who completes a Step 2 Franchise Discovery Call
Earnings Examples
  • 10 Step 2 calls per month = $300 monthly bonus ($3,600 annually)
  • 20 Step 2 calls per month = $600 monthly bonus ($7,200 annually)
  • 30 Step 2 calls per month = $900 monthly bonus ($10,800 annually)
  • 40 Step 2 calls per month = $1,200 monthly bonus ($14,400 annually)
Expected Total Compensation
  • Approximately $50,000 to $75,000+ annually based on performance
What You'll Do
Candidate Qualification
  • Conduct Step 1 Franchise Discovery Calls (approximately 20 minutes)
  • Qualify candidates based on financial readiness, ownership commitment, and cultural fit
  • Move qualified candidates into Step 2 with the Franchise Development Team
  • Build excitement and maintain engagement throughout the process
Follow Up & Appointment Management
  • Proactively follow up with candidates
  • Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows
  • Ensure candidates are prepared for their next meeting
  • Maintain consistent communication throughout the process
CRM & Reporting
  • Keep accurate notes and records in the CRM
  • Track activity and performance metrics
  • Maintain organized follow-up tasks and schedules
Administrative Support
  • Provide up to 5 hours per week of support to the Franchise Development Team
  • Assist with scheduling, reporting, and related administrative tasks
What We're Looking For
Required
  • Minimum 1 year of experience conducting daily phone or Zoom-based sales calls
  • CRM experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and follow-up conversations
  • Self-motivated and accountable
Preferred
  • Experience in franchise development, inside sales, admissions, recruiting, appointment setting, or customer success
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and confidently guide conversations
  • Strong phone presence and positive attitude
