Assistant Facilities Manager

BML Group | London

At BML Group, Facilities Management is central to everything we do. Across building maintenance, from roof repairs to pest control, refurbishments to emergency response, and much more, our FM division delivers for clients with a simple promise: on time, every time.

We're growing, and we're looking for an enthusiastic hire to support our Senior Facilities Managers in servicing our clients.

The Role

This role will sit within one of our Facilities Management sub-teams, supporting senior colleagues in responding to our clients needs. You will own the end-to-end facilities management process, from instruction to completion, logging calls to invoicing, and everything in between. 

You will:

Support Senior Facilities Managers servicing their book of clients

Respond to both planned maintenance requests and emergencies

Manage maintenance jobs:

  • coordinate contractors and suppliers
  • chase attendance and updates
  • liaise with property managers and site staff
  • maintain accurate job records
  • support the wider facilities team with day-to-day operations

About You

You're enthusiastic, with good multi-tasking skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A proactive problem solver who is confident liaising with both clients and contractors. 

Previous experience in facilities management is desirable but not essential.
