Bluestone Real Estate Services is looking for an organized, customer-focused Assistant Property Manager to help lead the day-to-day operations of one of our apartment communities.
Whether you're an experienced Assistant Manager or looking to take the next step in your property management career, you'll join a team that values collaboration, professional growth, and exceptional customer service.
The schedule for this position is Tuesday through Saturday, 8am - 5pm.
What You'll Do
As an Assistant Property Manager, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional experience for both current and future residents while supporting the overall success of your community. Your responsibilities include assisting with leasing, resident relations, maintenance coordination, financial processes, and day-to-day property operations.
You'll have the opportunity to:
  • Welcome prospective residents and conduct apartment tours
  • Help new residents through the application and move-in process
  • Build positive relationships with residents and respond to questions with professionalism and care
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up to ensure timely completion
  • Support rent collection, renewals, delinquency management, and administrative functions
  • Walk the property regularly to help maintain exceptional curb appeal
  • Partner with your Property Manager to achieve occupancy, resident satisfaction, and financial goals
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who brings:
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Previous property management, leasing, hospitality, retail management, or customer service experience is preferred
  • Familiarity with Fair Housing principles and property management software such as AppFolio, ShowMojo, or Avid is a plus.
