What You’ll Do
Assist the Chief Engineer in managing day-to-day operations of the Engineering department
Lead and support a team of maintenance engineers and technicians, providing training and direction
Coordinate and execute preventive maintenance programs for guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house systems
Oversee repair and upkeep of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
Respond promptly to guest service requests and maintenance issues
Support capital improvement projects, renovations, and equipment installations
Ensure compliance with safety, fire, and environmental regulations and maintain accurate documentation
Collaborate with hotel leadership to identify operational efficiencies and energy-saving initiatives

Who You Are
Experienced in hotel or commercial building maintenance, with 3–5 years in a supervisory or leadership role
Knowledgeable in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems with hands-on capabilities
Organized, proactive, and skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Committed to safety, efficiency, and maintaining high standards of property appearance and functionality
Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations as required
Certified or licensed in a technical trade (HVAC, electrical, or plumbing) preferred
