Job description

Position Title: Facility Engineer
Location: onsite / Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio
Clearance: Top-Secret SCI
TTC is seeking an experienced Facility Engineer in support of a prospective federal contract. We are proactively building our team of key personnel and invite accomplished Facility Engineering leaders with government and DoD experience to apply. This position will be located onsite at Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton Ohio.
This position is contingent upon contract award (target award date July 2026)
Responsibilities:
  • Apply Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 requirements to ensure ICD 705 compliance of construction designs and plans and coordinate construction contractor-customer interfaces during construction.
  • Provide advanced facility engineering, operations, planning, and programming for NSIC operating locations.
  • Provide mechanical system reliability and resiliency engineering to assure highly available intelligence mission facilities.
  • Assist NSIC in developing, executing and monitoring facility maintenance and sustainment programs
  • Provide expertise for facility planning and operation in compliance with regulatory codes, such as the United Facility Code (UFC), Architectural Barriers Act (ABA), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), and National Electric Code (NEC) for all SCIF modification and construction projects.
  • Deliverables: All reviews of construction designs and plans for ICD 705 compliance shall be completed within 5 business days of receipt. A monthly Mechanical System Reliability report shall be delivered, identifying potential risks and recommending mitigation strategies. Regulatory compliance reviews (UFC, NFPA, etc.) shall result in findings where at 100% are validated by government review.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Ohio (Mechanical)
  • 15+ years' experience
  • Familiarity with ICD 705 construction
  • Extensive experience in HVAC and control systems design
  • Active Top Secret SCI clearance
