Principales responsabilités

Stratégie et analyse

  • Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de communication numérique adaptées à nos différentes audiences;
  • Produire des recommandations stratégiques basées sur les résultats observés, les tendances du marché et les comportements des audiences;
  • Participer à l'élaboration et à l'exécution des plans de communication annuels et trimestriels;
  • Analyser les performances des contenus et des campagnes numériques afin de recommander et mettre en œuvre des actions d'optimisation visant l'atteinte des objectifs d'affaires;
  • Effectuer une vigie des tendances, des plateformes numériques et des meilleures pratiques de l'industrie.

Gestion et création de contenu

  • Concevoir et produire du contenu engageant pour les différentes plateformes numériques (médias sociaux, sites Internet, vidéos et contenus rédactionnels);
  • Assurer la cohérence du ton, de l'image de marque et de la qualité des contenus diffusés;
  • Gérer le calendrier éditorial et coordonner les collaborations avec les partenaires internes et externes;
  • Animer et développer les communautés sur les médias sociaux;
  • Assurer la mise à jour et l'optimisation du contenu des sites Web de l'organisation;
  • Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes exigées par ses fonctions ou son supérieur immédiat.

Exigences

  • Détenir un baccalauréat en communication, marketing ou dans un domaine équivalent;
  • Posséder un minimum de deux (2) années d’expérience pertinente en gestion de contenu;
  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office et connaissance du fonctionnement des plateformes numériques;
  • Excellente capacité à communiquer en français, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit; 
  • Bonne maîtrise de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, afin de procéder à la révision des sites Internet, à la rédaction de communiqués de presse destinés à l’Ontario et à la création de contenu numérique pour les audiences hors Québec;
  • Connaissance des bonnes pratiques en rédaction Web.
