Job Description: Starlight Aerial Productions is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Seasonal Drone Light Show Line Technicians to join our team. As a Line Technician, you will play a crucial role in the setup, maintenance, and logistics of our drone light shows, ensuring that each performance is executed flawlessly. This position offers a unique opportunity to work behind the scenes of some of the most innovative and visually stunning aerial displays.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of drone light show equipment at various locations.
  • Perform routine maintenance and checks on drones and related equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Coordinate logistics and handle the transportation of equipment to and from show sites.
  • Work closely with the Pilot in Command to execute flight plans and ensure the smooth operation of drones during shows.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Report any technical issues or concerns to the Pilot in Command, Manager, and Director of Starlight Operations promptly.
  • Be flexible with your schedule to accommodate the dynamic nature of show timings and locations.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to handle electronic equipment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and follow instructions from the Pilot in Command.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed and work in outdoor settings.
  • FAA Part 107 certification is not required but encouraged.
  • Must attend a mandatory 3-day Boot Camp in March or April 2024.
