Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to support Medico-Mart’s financial, administrative, sales, operations and management functions. This role will help maintain reliable financial and administrative processes while supporting the day-to-day needs of the business.
This position offers broad exposure to the business and a hands-on opportunity to work directly across multiple departments and levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day administrative, accounting, sales, purchasing, and operations activities in a fast-moving vaccine distribution environment.
  • Prepare practical reports, schedules, and analyses to support sales activity, inventory movement, purchasing decisions, customer needs and management review.
  • Work closely with sales and operations teams to identify issues, resolve bottlenecks and help keep business priorities moving forward.
  • Support process improvements, documentation, workflows and communication between departments.
  • Coordinate with outside advisors and business partners on tax, audit, insurance, banking, compliance and other administrative matters.
  • Assist with budgeting, cash flow review, purchasing analysis and other planning activities as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and follow-through on sensitive financial, customer, vendor, sales and operational information.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting (CPA preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, administration, business operations or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, track open items and keep daily work moving accurately and efficiently.
  • Ability to work effectively across departments, including sales, operations, purchasing, customer service, accounting, vendors, customers and management.
  • Comfortable preparing practical reports, schedules and analyses to support sales activity, inventory, purchasing, customer needs and management review.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience working with accounting, ERP, CRM, order management, or similar business systems.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, and process-improvement skills.
  • High attention to detail, sound judgement, discretion, and commitment to accuracy, confidentiality and responsive service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving distribution environment where accuracy, timing and coordination are important.

What We Offer
  • Competitive compensation based on experience.
  • Health, dental, 401(k), profit sharing, and paid time off benefits.
  • Opportunity to play an important role within a successful, specialized vaccine distribution company.
  • Collaborative work environment with direct exposure to management.
  • Meaningful opportunity to improve processes, coordination, follow-through and day-to-day execution across the business.
