Job Title: Accounting Manager

Location: Menomonee Falls, WI
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Description:
ADDEV Materials is an international industrial group founded in 2006 and headquartered in Lyon, France. We specialize in the custom converting, manufacturing, and distribution of high‑performance materials—including adhesives, technical films, chemicals, and coatings—serving a diverse range of markets such as aerospace, defense, healthcare, automotive, and industrial sectors.
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead accounting operations for our five U.S. entities. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to support strategic decision‑making through accurate financial insights. The ideal candidate brings proven management experience and a solid, hands‑on accounting background.

Essential Functions
  • Oversee and ensure timely completion of monthly and annual financial close processes.
  • Ensure daily transactions—including invoicing, payables, cash receipts, and payroll—are recorded accurately and promptly.
  • Lead the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with U.S. GAAP.
  • Provide coaching, leadership, and development opportunities to accounting team.
  • Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger activity.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Finance and local controllers to improve inventory costing methodologies and discrepancy tracking.
  • Support external audits by ensuring accurate and complete financial data.
  • Assist the Director of Finance with tax compliance, including returns, sales tax filings, and quarterly estimates.
  • Partner with facility controllers to provide timely financial data, analysis, and support.
  • Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable and contribute to cash flow forecasting.
  • Lead and support process improvement initiatives throughout the accounting function.
  • Participate in year‑end physical inventory counts.
