As the ADON, you will partner with the Director of Nursing to inspire and guide the nursing team, ensuring high‑quality, compassionate care that supports our mission of transforming everyday expectations into extraordinary outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the Director of Nursing in overseeing all nursing operations

  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accrediting regulations

  • Serve as a role model, mentor, and leader for nursing staff

  • Plan, implement, and evaluate clinical services and programs

  • Collaborate with other departments to support holistic resident care

  • Participate in committees such as Quality Assurance, Infection Control, Safety, and Leadership

  • Oversee training and onboarding of new nursing staff

  • Conduct regular staff meetings to address challenges and celebrate successes

  • Participate in surveys and accreditation visits

What We’re Looking For:
