The ideal candidate brings equal strength in client relations, event execution, sales, and operational leadership, embodying the Mets' standard of hospitality excellence.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with Aramark's culinary, premium, and operations teams to maintain exceptional service standards and consistency across all venues
  • Drive food-and-beverage innovation through menu ideation, presentation, and guest-satisfaction initiatives
  • Maintain clear communication with clients and internal partners throughout the event lifecycle, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded
  • Support long-term hospitality initiatives including club enhancements, suite menu updates, and capital-improvement projects
  • Coordinate with Ballpark Operations, Security, and Guest Experience to ensure smooth F&B logistics (power, vendor access, load-in/out)
  • Track performance metrics, budgets, and client feedback to inform future improvements and growth opportunities

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in premium hospitality, catering operations, or large-venue F&B sales/management
  • Proven ability to manage both the sales and operational components of high-volume events
  • Deep understanding of catering financials, forecasting, and cost-control strategies
  • Excellent communication, organization, and client-service skills
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced event environments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with catering or event-management software preferred
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and non-traditional hours as required by the event schedule

Core Competencies & Attributes
  • Hospitality-First Leader: Champions guest satisfaction and service excellence in every interaction
  • Operational Expert: Balances strategic vision with hands-on execution and attention to detail
  • Collaborative Partner: Works seamlessly with WPE, Aramark, and Mets departments to deliver outstanding results
