This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring clinical excellence, and delivering high-quality patient care across behavioral health services for diverse patient populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors.

Job Summary:

The Nursing Director of Behavioral Health provides strategic and operational leadership for the department. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating patient care services while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards. The Director will focus on quality improvement, staff development, patient satisfaction, and efficient resource management.

Responsibilities:
