Marketing Campaign Manager

Department - Marketing

Summary:

The Marketing Campaign Manager (MCM) plays a key role in driving Lightbeam's lead generation, brand awareness, event marketing, and sales enablement initiatives. Working closely with the marketing team, the MCM develops, executes, and optimizes integrated campaigns that promote Lightbeam's products, services, and events to prospects, clients, and strategic partners. Responsibilities include planning and launching multi-channel marketing campaigns, creating and curating compelling content for digital and traditional channels, qualifying leads for the sales organization, and maintaining the accuracy and integrity of data within Lightbeam's CRM.

Additionally, the Marketing Campaign Manager will assist in other projects and administrative responsibilities as needed.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Support the planning and promotion of trade shows, conferences, webinars, and other events designed to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  • Coordinate communication and campaign activity among the Marketing and Sales teams, internal stakeholders, external BDR resources, creative agencies, vendors, and event partners.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team and subject matter experts to develop campaigns, content, case studies, presentations, and other sales enablement resources.
  • Build and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, digital, social media, events, and other internal and external communication channels.
  • Manage lead qualification, routing, follow-up, and CRM data integrity to support an effective handoff to Sales and external BDR partners.
  • Track, analyze, and communicate campaign performance, lead generation, conversion activity, and sales and marketing dashboards within Salesforce.
