Job Summary
The Influencer Marketing team is responsible for the output of content we create for our brand partners. Combining creator/influencer practices and creative practices allows us to imprint community-driven creativity into every post, partnership, campaign or video we create.
Blue Hour Studios is seeking a creative influencer and creator marketer to join its campaign execution team to support Influencer Marketing projects and objectives. The Assistant Campaign Manager will support creator and influencer programs, working closely with the team to develop proposals and content in collaboration with creators. They'll contract creators, execute campaigns, assist with team administration, and analyze campaign results. The ideal candidate is passionate about the social ecosphere, actively participates within it, and understands the social/digital media landscape (TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook and emerging platforms as they arise).
This role reports into the Supervisor and works closely in collaboration with them to ensure the quality of all creator-led executions.
As an Assistant Campaign Manager on the Influencer team, you will...
  • Assist in the execution and production of influencer campaigns with internal and external business partners, including but not limited to:

  • Creation and presentation of influencer lists for client ranking and approval

  • Influencer identification, outreach and management

  • Coordination and collaboration with influencers for concepts, content and postings in accordance with timelines

  • Development of campaign materials for clients and influencers including briefs, timelines, trackers, agendas and more

  • Live influencer content coordination and auditing

  • Management of campaign tools and project management trackers

  • Invoice management and coordination

  • Administrative tasks which include attending account status meetings and note taking, talent briefings, shipping/fulfillment, and maintaining/organizing campaign assets

Work closely with team to curate, analyze, and develop post-campaign reporting, including but not limited to:
  • Filing of post-level data including influencer tools, backend data and Google sheet management

  • Organization & synthesis of campaign raw data at a granular post-level

  • Development of key learnings and insights from the reporting

  • Development of relevant graphs and charts to illustrate campaign performance

  • Maintain internal insights database (i.e. benchmarks)

  • Contribute to case studies for awards, marketing, and presentations

Support with team administration, including but not limited to:
  • Vetting, coordination of internal/external meetings

  • Contribute to Horizon's influencer marketing practice and digital experiences department

  • Participate in internal brand, influencer and client meetings

  • Lead and oversee influencer payments and invoicing, working with Accounting Team to coordinate timely billing and influencer payments

Work with the team to develop new business efforts and tactical planning, including but not limited to:
  • Research & develop insights around social media platforms, influencers, competitive brands, and trends to assist in the development of new business proposals

  • Organize, schedule, and recap meetings

  • Champion talent/influencer programs across the agency

Assist in the development of new business proposals including but not limited to:
  • Identifying sample influencers

  • Vetting influencers, partners, and technologies with an eye to operational and cost efficiencies

  • Proposal development inclusive of deck building, writing, and organizing relevant materials

  • Competitive, brand and influencer audits

  • Organize, schedule, and recap meetings

Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Passion for influencer marketing, social media, and pop culture/trends

  • Interest in talent relations, management, or social media marketing

  • Strong understanding of social platforms, strategy, and landscape (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Twitter, Threads, etc.)

  • Team player, and enthusiastic self-starter who is also extremely innovative, creative, professional and resourceful

  • Familiarity with digital reporting, data, and analytics

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously

  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong collaboration skills

  • Ability to manage through a high level of ambiguity to actionable recommendations/solutions

  • Very proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, and Excel + Google Suite)

  • BA/BS required (Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or related field)

Salary Range
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00
A successful applicant's actual base salary may vary based on factors such as individual's skill sets, experience, training, education, licensure/certifications, and qualifications for the role. As an organization, we take an aptitude and competency-based hiring approach.
