Job description

Corporate Parts Manager

About the Role We are a multi-location Hyundai semi-trailer dealership seeking a highly organized Corporate Parts Manager to optimize resources and deliver exceptional service. In this leadership role, you will oversee inventory, support sales and service teams, and ensure customer satisfaction across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a balanced inventory for the service department, shop, retail, and wholesale accounts.
  • Resolve disputes and manage warranty situations promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Track market pricing, analyze "Lost Sales" data, and make strategic pricing recommendations.
  • Collaborate with outside sales staff to meet customer requirements.
  • Oversee and reconcile all COD parts transactions and maintain effective point-of-purchase displays.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of successful heavy-duty truck and trailer parts operations management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business is preferred.
  • Purchasing experience and ASE Certification are a plus.
  • Ability to work in shop environments and meet the physical demands of the role (standing, walking, lifting, reaching).

  • Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year
