Sales Manager – Thixo-Die Casting Line Location: Stow, Ohio

Industry: Die Casting & Injection Molding

The Role

As the Sales Manager, you will drive sales opportunities and grow the Thixo-Die casting line to meet ambitious targets. This role involves integrating resources, managing a dedicated sales team, and cultivating high-level relationships with OEMs and contract manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Execute strategic plans to exceed quarterly and annual quotas through prospecting and networking.
  • Account Management: Serve as the primary contact for key accounts and build long-term client relationships.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate a sales force of direct reports and agents to ensure peak performance.
  • Technical Solutions: Partner with internal engineering teams to provide solutions for client pain points.
  • Strategic Reporting: Forecast revenue accurately and submit regular performance reports via CRM.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years in the Die Casting industry.
  • Education: Degree or Master’s in Business, International Trade, or Engineering/Machinery.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, deep product process knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
