Job description

Pay based on experience | 2nd Shift
In this fast-paced, high energy environment where great guest service is essential, how do we provide our Bingo guests with an exceptional gaming experience while ensuring the accuracy of our many Bingo transactions? As a Bingo Inventory Manager, you will manage a team of Bingo Inventory Clerks, assist with establishing and monitoring operational department policies and procedures. While carrying out the job duties listed below, you will contribute to our continued business success by providing unsurpassed guest service, personal and professional dedication to our Mission, Vision, and Values, and demonstrating a high level of integrity and ethical standards.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential Functions)
  1. *Manage employees within the Bingo inventory Department. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
  2. *Monitor and maintain adequate Cash inventory for Bingo Sessions
  3. *Monitor and maintain adequate inventory levels of all bingo paper and pull-tabs.
  4. *Oversees the process of pulling and issuing bingo paper or pull-tabs for all sessions.
  5. *Complete all Title 31 and tax process paperwork
  6. Confer with appropriate Bingo Management when placing an order to bingo paper for approval.
  7. Participate in planning meetings for bingo sessions and packaging needs.
  8. Develop and maintain along with appropriate Bingo Management the packaging department budget.
  9. Distribute pull-tabs; maintain proper inventory levels of all pull-tabs.
  10. Inventory bingo paper and research any discrepancies.
  11. Train new employees on proper bingo, paymaster and pull tabs procedures.
  12. Establish, update and ensure full compliance with departmental Internal Controls, policies, procedures and regulations.
  13. Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications
  1. Associates degree in Business Management or related subject is preferred; or two years related bingo experience, training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  2. Office skills, ability to use standard office equipment and computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Access.
  3. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or team members of the organization.
  4. Ability to maintain organization, meet deadlines, possesses integrity, confidentiality, and discretion in handling confidential information.
  5. Ability to read and interpret documents such as plan documents and contracts, operating instructions and procedure manuals.
  6. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  7. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  8. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with stress. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  9. Possess integrity, confidentiality and discretion in handling confidential information.
  10. While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to talk, hear, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, stand, and move for duration of scheduled shift. The team member is frequently required to use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms. The team member must be able to operate a personal computer. The team member may occasionally be required to lift or move objects up to 25 pounds on a regular basis and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Working Conditions
The noise level is usually moderate to loud. When on the casino floor, the noise levels increases and is not smoke free.
