The Office Assistant will perform the following duties but not limited to: handle interoffice and incoming mail, maintain the bulletin boards, put up flyers around campus, assist with building events, check classrooms, data-entry, copying, scanning, organizing spaces/storage, and occasionally participate in creative activities. ย The Office Assistant extends excellent customer service to students, faculty, visitors and alumni and presents appropriately.
