Shift: 1st Shift Pay: $18.00 per hour
Job Summary
Are you organized, professional, and looking to gain valuable office experience? We're seeking a Summer Help Assistant Admin to join our team. In this role, you'll provide administrative support to the Human Resources department by assisting with employee records, recruitment activities, onboarding processes, and general office tasks while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Summer Help Assistant Admin, your core responsibilities will include:
  • Employee Records Management: Assist with maintaining employee files, records, and documentation to ensure accuracy and organization.
  • Recruitment Support: Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and assist with various hiring activities.
  • Onboarding Assistance: Help prepare onboarding materials and support new hire orientation sessions.
In addition, you will provide general administrative support to the HR team and assist with special projects as needed.
