Position Overview

Global IT is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator & Office Administrator to join our team immediately. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, coordinating daily office activities, and creating a positive first impression for students, visitors, and business partners.

Location: Southfield, Michigan
Schedule: 32–40 Hours per Week (Based on Eligibility)

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, students, and callers with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and schedule appointments.
  • Respond to emails and general inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Maintain office calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
  • Assist prospective students with information, registration paperwork, and course-related inquiries.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital and paper filing systems.
