Consumer Defense Partners is a Law firm that specializes in identifying and recovering surplus funds after property foreclosure sales. Our research locates these funds, then we notify the rightful owners and guide them through the complex claims process.
Overview
In this role, you will contact prospective clients via phone, text, and email to inform them of funds they are legally entitled to recover. Unlike traditional sales roles, you are not selling a product or asking for upfront money. You are delivering great news and offering to help with the claim’s recovery process. 
Compensation

  • 40% commission per client 
  • Average earnings per client: $1,500–$6,000+ 
  • Typical monthly sign-ups: 4–8 clients 
  • Potential annual earnings: $80,000–$120,000+ for top performers 
  • Initial hourly draw against commission while building your pipeline 
  • Average monthly earnings: $5,000–$10,000+

Requirements
