Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Client Relations Specialist to join our in-office team. This position plays a vital role in both customer service and operational accuracy. You will serve as a point of contact for individuals whose property has been repossessed, as well as a liaison between our company and lender partners. Your primary responsibilities will involve scheduling appointments for property retrieval, managing account details, and ensuring all documentation and processes are error-free.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from individuals regarding personal property retrieval.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Provide detailed vehicle and property descriptions to lenders and clients, including updates on recovery attempts.
  • Provide clear, respectful, and empathetic communication to all callers.
  • Maintain and manage account records with precision.
  • Collaborate with Repossession Agents on details of active repossession orders.
  • Serve as a liaison between our team and financial institutions, ensuring their account expectations are met without error.
  • Review and verify data to ensure accuracy in all communications and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet deadlines and resolve issues quickly.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured office environment.
  • Prior experience in customer service, collections, or account management is a plus.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with internal software systems (training provided).

Requirements:
  • Valid Ohio Driver’s License
  • 23 years of age or older
  • Applicants must pass an F.B.I. background check.
  • Pass pre-employment drug screening
  • High School Diploma or GED
