We operate in a highly regulated field that plays a critical role in maintaining the stability of the financial system by securing assets from those in default. As part of our team, you’ll gain hands-on experience with License Plate Recognition (LPR) technology—used industry-wide in sectors like law enforcement, private security, and recovery. We provide full training and the opportunity to build a niche skill set that can launch you into a long-term, rewarding career.

What You’ll Do

  • Operating a License Plate Recognition (LPR) vehicle equipped with state-of-the-art technology to scan license plates in targeted zones.
  • Conducting heavy surveillance and in-field investigations to locate and identify vehicles.
  • Working closely with our skip tracing, supervisors and recovery teams to secure collateral.
  • Conducting discreet in-field interviews as needed.
  • Traveling independently throughout Dayton, Ohio and surrounding areas.
  • Gaining insight into asset recovery operations and procedures.

Compensation: $450 Weekly base + Commission Opportunities per recovery + monthly bonus (Average total hourly minimum: $17-$20+ per hour) 

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED with a continuous record of learning.
  • Proven ability to work in an outdoor environment without direct supervision.
  • A discreet, investigative mindset.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and "street smarts" skills.
  • Comfortable using smartphones, laptops, and basic technology.
  • A clean driving record with no more than two points.
  • Must be at least 23 years old (insurance requirement).
