Job description

Position: Final Assembly Supervisor

Employment Type: Full-time

Employment Class: Hourly, Non-Exempt

Supervisor: Production Center Manager


Job Summary/Duties/Responsibilities

  • Responsible for meeting and exceeding all manufacturing production goals.
  • Guide the team to focus on key priorities.
  • Lead department meetings.
  • Maintain a culture of cooperation and cohesiveness.
  • Identify inefficiencies, contribute to continuous improvement, and implement solutions.
  • Timesheet approval of Direct Reports.
  • Work closely with Order Fulfillment, Floor Supervisor, and Production Center Manager to ensure successful operations are completed in a timely manner.
  • Conduct annual reviews of direct team.
  • Ensure team is following all safety protocols during operations.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to both full-time and seasonal team members in best practices.
  • Take on new tasks as needed as we grow our company rapidly in the coming years.
  • Work closely with the Purchasing and Engineering teams on a regular basis.

Supervisory Responsibilities

All Final Assembly department team members report to the Final Assembly Supervisor.

The position will have other duties not specifically defined above that are essential for the overall success of SurePoint Ag.
