Job description

ASSEMBLY SUPERVISOR – Sheet Metal Department We’re seeking an experienced Assembly Supervisor to lead our sheet metal fabrication team. This hands-on leadership role oversees daily operations in riveting, deburring, and precision assembly work.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and coordinate assembly team activities to meet production schedules and quality standards

• Train employees on proper sheet metal assembly techniques, riveting procedures, and deburring methods • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment • Monitor work quality and implement corrective actions when needed • Coordinate with other departments to resolve production issues and maintain workflow • Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and materials for the assembly area

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3-5 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication or assembly operations • 1-2 years of supervisory or lead experience preferred • Strong knowledge of riveting techniques, deburring processes, and sheet metal assembly • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings • Excellent communication and team leadership skills • Understanding of safety regulations and quality control standards
