THE ROLE
An artist management company is seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to support an Artist Manager across scheduling, travel, and communications. This role serves as a key liaison across teams while supporting artist development through coordination of releases, studio time, and appearances. The ideal candidate operates with discretion, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Provide complete administrative executive support and professional business skills to the Artist Manager.

  • Manage heavy scheduling and multifaceted Outlook calendar management, including providing details of appointments and conference calls.

  • Receive, screen, and follow-up all communications via phone, email, and mail.

  • Prepare extensive domestic and international travel arrangements including air, hotel and transportation reservations, mileage programs and upgrades with the ability to make frequent and last-minute changes.

  • Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.

  • Be a liaison for the company, arrange team meetings, and disseminate information to internal and external teams.

  • Manage special projects and coordinate special events, as needed.

  • Attend and travel to client events including shows/festivals and provide excellent service to A-list guests.

  • Source, order, and maintain inventory of office supplies.

  • Create and maintain organizational systems (scheduling, travel, contacts, important documents, etc.).

  • Perform other duties as requested by the Artist Manager.

  • Stay current on emerging artists, sounds, and trends

  • Assist in planning and executing release rollouts

  • Work closely with the Artist Manager to support the day-to-day development of the artist's career

  • Coordinate logistics for studio time, travel, and appearances

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience working in a corporate environment providing executive level support.

  • Music industry experience is preferred.

  • Flexibility to work additional hours when necessary.

  • Ability to travel on nights and weekends for client events as needed.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask, work on numerous projects simultaneously, and use sound judgment in prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.

  • Commitment to excellence - perform duties at the highest level possible on a consistent basis.

  • Proactive, anticipates needs and takes initiative, requires little direction.

  • Strong computer skills and in-depth working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

  • Ability to interface with all levels of the organization and maintain confidentiality.

  • Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in execution of assigned tasks.

  • Ability to think outside of the box with a sense of urgency.

  • Team player - have team-oriented experience and approach.

  • Familiarity with music production, DSPs, and release processes is a plus

The expected compensation for this position is:
