Our craftsmanship, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence make us a trusted leader in the signage industry. We are looking for a skilled Painter to join our production team and contribute to our reputation for superior quality and precision.

Position Summary

The Painter will be responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing a variety of materials, including acrylics, PVC, wood, and aluminum. This role requires experience with paint sprayers and a strong eye for detail to ensure all products meet our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and set up materials (acrylics, PVC, wood, aluminum) for painting
  • Use HVLP gravity-fed paint sprayers and acrylic polyurethane paints in a cross-draft booth
  • Sand and clean materials before painting when required
  • Maintain cleanliness of the paint booth and surrounding work areas
  • Clean, maintain, and store all painting tools and equipment properly
  • Monitor and order paint supplies as needed
  • Follow company safety protocols and quality control procedures

Requirements

  • Painting experience is required (industrial, automotive, or furniture finishing preferred)
  • Proficient in using HVLP sprayers, sanders, drills, and other basic tools
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic math and measurement skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe workspace
