What You’ll Do:
As a Project Manager at Benson Signs, you will lead architectural signage projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, and client satisfaction. You will coordinate across internal teams, vendors, and municipalities to manage timelines, permits, installations, and financial tracking with precision and professionalism.

Through strategic coordination and clear communication, you will help clients navigate complex projects with confidence. Your attention to detail and proactive problem-solving will ensure smooth execution and lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate signage projects from initiation to final installation and billing.
  • Manage site surveys, production timelines, permit applications, and installation schedules.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing updates and resolving issues.
  • Interpret municipal codes and submit permit applications, including handling variances.
  • Track project billing, issue purchase orders, and coordinate with accounting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure quality and alignment.
Position Qualifications:
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Architecture, Design, Construction Management or a related field.
  • PMP certification preferred.
Work Experience:
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in architectural signage, construction, environmental graphics, or related industries.
Your Skills
  • Strong project coordination and scheduling abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Dropbox, and project management tools.
  • Ability to read architectural plans and ensure compliance with signage codes.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
