Duties and responsibilities
As a Multifamily Signage Sales Representative you specialize in sign packages for new developments. Act as a consultant, helping to establish a property's brand identity while ensuring compliance and functional navigation. No experience necessary- we’ll teach you the industry. You just need a willingness to reach out to potential clients who will need your help!
Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and research new construction projects within the multifamily housing sector.
  • Generating Potential Partnerships: Connect with developers, architects and general contractors via phone calls and emails to set up presentation meetings .
  • Consultative Selling: It is not a hard sell. You’ll advise developers, and property managers on design, materials, and ADA compliance to create a cohesive, branded environment.
  • Project Management: Use the architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications to provide accurate proposals and ensure successful installation. We’ll show you how!
  • Relationship Management: Foster long-term partnerships with active developers and property management teams. 
Required Qualifications & Skills

  • College Degree
  • Sales Skill Set: Driven - managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to wrap up calls. Fearless in dealing with high-level executives in Multifamily housing. Well-spoken, organized, and professional with a good eye for design. 
  • Industry Experience: No prior experience necessary – We will train and mentor you to be successful!
  • Technical Knowledge: We will teach you to gain understanding of materials, fabrication, and the installation processes. Learn ADA requirements inside out.
  • Tools & Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an openness to learning new tools and skills.
Typical Compensation & Environment

  • Salary Structure: Initially a base salary with commission incentive, moving toward full commission with draw when the time is right.
  • Earnings Potential: You set the limit. Our hope is that you can earn six figures consistently. 
  • Work Environment: In-house sales with travel as necessary.
