If you’re technical-minded, good with people, efficient, and enjoy figuring things out in the field, this could be a great fit.

As an Architectural Signage Installer, you are the final step in our signage process. Your work is what our clients ultimately see—and it matters. From aligning interior room signs to securing exterior channel letters, you’ll ensure every detail is installed correctly, safely, and with pride. Our clients trust you with the final presentation of their brand.

  • Work directly with clients on-site, explaining the installation process when needed
  • Obtain client sign-off upon completion for project documentation
  • Perform small installations independently once trained, with team support as needed

You’ll be trained by experienced installers and gradually take on more responsibility as your skills grow.

    • Occasional overnight travel required
  • Ensure all products, materials, and equipment are prepared for smooth installations
  • Review completed production items against installation sheets to confirm accuracy

  • Keep installation vehicles clean, organized, and well-stocked
  • Maintain a high level of organization while managing multiple tasks and projects

  • Ability to work both independently and as an integral part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills in on-site, real-world conditions
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Class A or B CDL (preferred)
  • Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs, work on tall ladders, and perform tasks such as digging post holes.
Benefits
