Job description

Subrogation Team Manager - Arbitration

Salary Range: $63,500 - $90,000

This is a remote work opportunity.

Responsibilities
  • Supervisory responsibilities include overseeing a team of Specialists, preparation of scorecards, work inventory audits, enforcement of department/company policies on attendance, disciplinary procedures, hiring, recognition, as well as the advanced training and skill development of Specialists (includes annual performance appraisal process).
  • Handles escalated calls/situations, promptly responds to inquiries from staff to ensure maximum departmental performance and client satisfaction.
  • Mentor team of specialists, answering daily emails and questions from the floor.
Requirements
  • Five years of relevant Subrogation and/or Insurance experience is required.
  • Ability to motivate and drive maximum department collections and develop new and improved techniques to ensure achievement of Afni and client goals.
  • Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills are required.
Preferred
  • Auto insurance experience strongly preferred.
  • Arbitration experience preferred.
  • Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.
  • Working experience with Arbitration Forums products E-Subro Hub, Total Recovery Solution (TRS) is preferred.
  • Associate degree preferred.
  • Adjuster license preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office applications and windows systems are preferred.
