As a Residential HVAC Installer at Jones Services, you will play a vital role in our mission to provide superior HVAC installations for our residential customers. Working in a crew of two, alongside an Install Apprentice, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently installing HVAC systems while upholding the highest standards of craftsmanship and customer service.

  • Accuracy of Documentation: Maintain accurate and complete documentation of installation details, equipment used, and any modifications in the company's systems, such as Service Titan.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the Install Apprentice and other team members, fostering a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork.
  • Continual Improvement: Actively participate in performance reviews and self-assessments, identifying areas for personal improvement and setting development goals to enhance overall job performance.
