As an Appraiser Apprentice, you will work directly alongside a Certified Real Estate Appraiser, gaining valuable real-world experience in residential property valuation. You will learn how to analyze market trends, evaluate neighborhood influences, inspect properties, research comparable sales, and prepare professional appraisal reports using industry-leading software and streamlined appraisal processes.

This full-time paid apprenticeship provides the education, guidance, and practical experience necessary to begin a successful and rewarding career in real estate appraisal.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Completion of the 79-Hour Basic Appraisal Licensing Education Package through McKissock prior to hiring

  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, and other web-based applications
