Outside Sales Representative I Davenport, IA (Quad Cities Market)

At R3 Roofing & Exteriors, we do more than restore homes we build careers for people who want to lead, earn, and grow. As an Outside Sales Representative I (Setter), you'll work in the field, connecting with homeowners and introducing them to R3's services.

Your role is straightforward: offer complimentary property inspections. You are not responsible for conducting the inspection itself. Once a homeowner agrees, you hand the opportunity off to an Outside Sales Representative II (Closer), who completes the inspection and finalizes the contingency agreement.

This structure lets you focus on what you do best meeting people, building rapport, and generating high-quality leads that convert into sales.

Compensation Plan

  • Weekly Draw: $400 per week, paid back through commissions earned on signed contingencies
  • Contingency Pay: $175 per signed contingency
  • Contract Bonuses (paid at contract signing, based on total contract price):

    • $40,000+: 0.75% of total contract price

All contract bonuses are paid in addition to the $175 contingency payout.
