About the Role

Are you a high-energy communicator who loves staying busy? Patriot Construction Solutions is a premier home improvement company in Thousand Oaks, and we are looking for a Confirmation Specialist & Dispatcher to be the heartbeat of our daily operations.

In this role, you aren’t just "making calls"—you are the architect of our sales team’s success. You will manage the schedule, bridge the gap between our customers and our field reps, and ensure our calendar stays packed with high-quality appointments.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

  • Brand Ambassador: Act as the first point of contact, providing professional and energetic service to every homeowner.

What You Bring to the Table

  • The Gift of Gab: You are confident, persuasive, and professional on the phone.

  • Resilience: A positive, "get-it-done" attitude even in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience: Previous experience in call centers, dispatching, or the home improvement industry is preferred but not required for the right candidate.

Why Join Patriot Construction Solutions?

  • Uncapped Earning Potential: We offer a stable hourly base, but your hustle is rewarded with commissions and performance bonuses.
  • Growth Opportunities: We are a growing company that prefers to promote from within.
  • Vibrant Culture: Join a supportive, high-energy team where hard work is celebrated and results are rewarded.
